Refund Policy

1. General Rules
All purchases and subscriptions on Wild Fantasy are considered final. However, we understand that issues may occur and provide limited refund options outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate charges caused by technical errors.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
- Service disruptions lasting more than 7 consecutive days without resolution.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
- Dissatisfaction with story content, author creations, or subjective user experience.
- Accidental purchases where the service was already accessed.
- Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.
4. Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge by contacting our support team at refunds@wild-fantasy.com. Proof of payment and details of the issue may be required.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
